Hopper with dust catcher

 
YFM Dedusting Hopper made are suitable to load and unload the coal cinker, the cement powder and the iron powder and so on. It can be designed in nonstandard according to the needer. It can be installed on dust catcher, electric hydraulic door, vibrant supplying material devices and working devices, all of these can greatly improve the working efficiency.

Dust removal principle of dust removal hopper:

1. Crane grab grabs the material;
2. Put into the hopper;
3. The upper end of the hopper is designed with a dust barrier, which can handle part of the dust;
4. Part of the dust enters into the hoover, which is converted into clean air and discharged into the air.

Classification of ECO dust hopper:

Dedusting hopper is mainly divided into dry dedusting (bag type dedusting) and wet dedusting (spraying dedusting), depending on the nature of the material and the different needs of users.

The working principle of bag type dedusting hopper

The bag filter mainly utilizes the filter media (fabric or felt) to filter the dust-containing gas to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
1. Dusty gas into the dust collector, the gas flow speed drops, the larger particles in the dust directly precipitated to the dust hopper, the rest of the dust particles from the outside to the inside through the filter bag for filtration;
2. The clean flue gas from the inner side of the filter bag discharge, fly ash is blocked on the outside of the filter bag;
3. With the accumulation of dust accumulates, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the dust filter bag increases gradually;
4. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the pulse valve diaphragm opens automatically;
5. The pulse air enters the filter bag through the nozzle, and the filter bag expands, which makes the dust attached to the filter bag fall off, and achieves the effect of dust removal.

Our hoppers are used in factories, wharves, harbours and other places where dry bulk cargoes(Grains,Biomass,Coal,Clinker & Cement,Iron Ore,Oilseed Meal/Cakes,Animal feeds,Fertilizers,Powders,Wood-pellets,Minerals and so on.) need to be handled.
