Product introduction:
Electric swivel electric hook block is a kind of advanced lifting parts which integrates electric drive, swivel function and hook bearing.

The external hook block is made of high strength metal material as the core of the hook, and then equipped with a specially designed anti-dislodgement device to effectively prevent the heavy load from falling off during lifting.

The hook bolck is equipped with an electric rotating device inside, which consists of motor, reducer and rotating shaft, etc. It can precisely drive the hook to rotate flexibly to adjust the direction of the heavy load, which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of lifting operation.

1. Hooks are divided into single and double hooks according to the shape; according to the manufacturing method is divided into forged hooks and laminated hooks.

2. Single hook is simple to manufacture, easy to use, but the force is not good, mostly used in lifting capacity of 80 tons of the following work occasions; double hook is mostly used in lifting a larger amount of hook.

3. Stacked hook by several pieces of cut and shaped steel plate riveted together, individual plate cracks will not destroy the entire hook, security is better, but the self-weight is larger, mostly used in large lifting capacity of the crane.
