Crane (used to refer to smaller tonnage), also known as ship cranes, refers to the maritime environment to perform transport operations of a special crane, mainly used for ship to ship, ship and shore cargo transport, transfer, supply at sea, underwater operation equipment, such as the launch and recovery of important tasks.
Telescopic folding jib crane, also known as electro-hydraulic telescopic foldable boom crane, is a kind of lifting equipment which uses electric power to drive the hydraulic system to realize the telescopic and folding action of the jib.
PERFORMANCE FEATURES
1. Telescopic knuckle boom marine crane has the characteristics of light weight, flexible manoeuvring and easy maintenance.
2. Crane action by the lifting, slewing, luffing, folding jib four power systems.
3. The four power systems are all-hydraulic, by an electric motor dragging an oil pump to supply power.
4. The electric motor is fixedly installed inside the base.
5. The oil pump is fixedly installed on the slewing base and connected to the motor through a universal coupling.
6. The hoisting winch is installed on the top of the slewing base, driven by the superior performance piston oil motor and driven by the high-strength planetary gearbox to wind the steel rope to complete the lifting of the goods. The steel wire rope is galvanised anti-rotation type.
7. The slewing mechanism is installed on the slewing base, driven by the superior performance of the plunger oil motor, through the high strength planetary gear reducer output pinion and slewing bearing of the internal gear ring direct meshing to achieve the tower slewing.
8. Luffing, folding and telescopic action by high-performance hydraulic cylinders to achieve the cylinder limit position with a safety buffer function.
9. Crane manoeuvres by the superior performance of the multi-way reversing valve to complete.
10. The open-air console is equipped with a manual emergency oil pump for emergency release in case of power failure.
APPLICATIONS
Collapsible telescopic boom cranes are particularly suitable for use on ships, oil rigs and other offshore platforms where space is limited and heavy lifting is required.
STRUCTURAL INTRODUCTION
1. The overall structure of this machine is mainly divided into four parts: pedestal, slewing base, boom and open-air manoeuvring platform.
2. The pedestal is a cylinder, which should be bolted to the deck base when using the machine.
3. Slewing base and fuel tank are combined into one box structure with compact structure and small volume. It is connected to the base through the slewing bearing in the middle.
4. The boom is a box-type structure, welded with plates into a gas-tight structure, the inner cavity does not have to be maintained, the boom is three sections of expansion and contraction of a folding arm.
5. Open-air manoeuvring platform is welded next to the tower, all crane operations can be completed on the open-air manoeuvring platform.

SAFETY SYSTEM
1. All lifting, slewing and luffing are equipped with automatic protection device, which has nothing to do with the control oil circuit of the main power system, once power or pressure is lost for some reason, all the movements will be stopped automatically to ensure the safety of the crane.
2. There is a safety valve installed in the main control valve to implement the overload protection of all actions.
3. The winch and slewing mechanism have automatic braking device.
4. Torque limiting device is installed.
5. The limiting position of luffing, folding and telescoping is done by the mechanical limiting position of the oil cylinder.
6. The upper limit of the hook is completed by the mechanical limit of the boom head.
7. Emergency stop device is provided on the open-air manoeuvring platform to ensure the safety of man and machine.
