Portal Crane
 

YFM portal gantry crane is a mobile heavy-duty crane that moves in places such as ports and docks, and it is mainly used in
shipyards, docks, and loading/unloading areas. As the load-bearing component of the crane, the base is designed in a gantry
structure, and the slewing mechanism is installed on the base.
A traveling mechanism is installed below the gantry base, which can run on the rails laid on the ground or move with the
assistance of tires (the fixed gantry crane is fixed on the ground and does not include a traveling mechanism).
The slewing part is equipped with a jib as well as hoisting, slewing, and luffing mechanisms.
These four mechanisms work together to complete the installation of equipment or hull segments, or to carry out cargo loading
and unloading operations.
