A telescopic offshore crane is a type of lifting equipment that is specially designed for offshore operations. Telescopic offshore marine cranes allow you to have a longer reach on board. Being able to retract the telescopic boom with an external telescopic gearbox makes it easier for you to store it on the deck of your vessel, creating more space on deck. Using YFM's telescopic boom marine crane allows you to work more efficiently without compromising the space of the offshore supply vessel.

Loading and transportation: Loading and unloading containers and bulk cargo at wharves without shore cranes, and supplying materials to engineering ships.

Lifting Operation System
1. With torsion-resistant box-section design, the multisection high-strength steel telescopic boom (length adjustable on demand to adapt to different operating radii) is hydraulically driven for extension and retraction.
2. The main and auxiliary double winch mechanisms, equipped with anti-corrosion galvanized steel wire ropes (resistant to seawater corrosion), support heavy-load lifting and precise lowering.
3. The 360° full-slewing bearing with hydraulic self-locking brake is suitable for ships' dynamic operating environments.

Stabilization and Balance Devices
Anti-sway winch and dynamic compensation system, offsetting ±5° hull sway and reducing load swing.
Reinforced marine base (welded or bolted to the deck) to disperse hoisting loads and adapt to the hull structure.

Control and Safety Components
1. PLC intelligent control system, real-time monitoring of boom length, amplitude, and load, linked with load moment limiter to prevent overloading.
2. Multiple braking (hydraulic + mechanical), emergency stop button, key operations supporting wired/wireless remote control (within 50 meters).

Power and Protection Configuration
1. Powered by a marine power supply or an independent generator set, compatible with the ship's power grid.
2. High-pressure resistant hydraulic system (including three-stage filtration) to resist seawater pollution; full-body anti-corrosion treatment (sandblasting derusting + salt spray resistant coating), electrical components with IP66 protection.
