It is a merging of the radio remote control technology into the single rope grab for handling of bulk materials. it isparticularly designed for operating with single-hook crane or ship crane, with rellable performance and easy operationprocedure. To open remote control grab simply to press the radio transmitter Key "OPEN" it can open at anytime inthe air , To close grab by lifting the wire cable of the crane.

Applications

1. Port and terminal use: container terminals load and unload bulk goods such as ore, coal, grain, etc., replacing traditional mechanical grabs to improve loading and unloading efficiency. Advantages: flexible remote control operation, adapting to the complex space in the ship's cabin, and reducing the number of crane adjustments back and forth.

2. Mines and quarries use: grab ore, crushed stone, slag, etc., and cooperate with loaders or cranes for material transfer. Advantages: wear-resistant structure adapts to high-hardness materials, and wireless control prevents operators from approaching dangerous operating areas.

3. Garbage disposal site use: grab domestic garbage and construction waste for sorting, stacking or loading and transportation. Advantages: anti-winding design (smooth jaws) can handle mixed materials and reduce the risk of jamming.

4. Steel and metallurgical industry use: grab high-temperature slag, scrap steel, or transport coke and sintered ore in the material yard. Advantages: high-temperature resistant hydraulic oil and thermal insulation design, adaptable to high temperature environment (≤200℃).

5. Engineering and construction use: grab concrete blocks, bricks and other waste materials at construction sites, or grab silt and stones in river dredging. Advantages: Quickly switch working scenes without frequent replacement of lifting equipment, improving construction flexibility.

1. Mechanical structure

Grab body: high-strength steel (such as Q345B) welded jaws, with wear-resistant lining, impact-resistant frame design.Drive components:

dual hydraulic cylinders (pressure resistance ≥20MPa), sliding seat with self-lubricating guide rails to ensure smooth opening and closing. 

2. Power and energy

Power supply: 48V/60V lithium battery pack (endurance 8-12 hours), waterproof and explosion-proof battery box.

Hydraulic system: gear pump + electromagnetic reversing valve, response time ≤0.3 seconds, optional accumulator emergency power supply. 

3. Remote control and control

Remote control: 433MHz/868MHz frequency band, effective distance ≥100 meters, double-key interlocking to prevent misoperation.

Receiver module: built-in PLC controller, integrated inclination/pressure sensor, real-time feedback of grab status. 

4. Safety protection  

Hydraulic overflow valve (overload protection), automatic locking function when power is lost, manual emergency bucket opening device.

Electrical components IP65 waterproof and dustproof, cable anti-wear design. 

5. Adaptation interface:

Standard lifting lug (adaptable to crane hook).
