lt is mainly designed for handling of bulk materials in blocks, particles and irregular shapes, such as coke, pig iron,it is widely used in ports, steel plants and garbage treatment plants, with tower cranes, ship unloaders, travelingsteel scrap, slag, garbage and rock etc.The grab has its own hydraulic system, the key elements of which are of recognized brand imported abroad whichcranes and other type of cranes.ensure the high performance of the grab. it is simple in structure, easy to operation, high in performance.

1. Uses in waste treatment: Grabbing and sorting domestic waste and construction waste, suitable for material transportation in landfills and incineration plants.
2. Bulk cargo terminal and storage use: loading and unloading powdered/granular goods such as grains, mineral powder, fertilizers, etc., especially suitable for ship cabin operations. The hydraulic drive is 20%+ more efficient than the mechanical grab.
3. Uses in municipal and environmental engineering projects: Desilting of rivers to capture silt and aquatic plants, or transporting sludge and screen residues in sewage treatment plants.
4. Uses for scrap steel and metal recycling: Grab and crush scrap steel and non-ferrous metal waste, and classify and stack them with the help of gantry crane.
5. Uses in building materials and mining industries: Grabbing sand, gravel, slag, cement blocks, etc. for transportation in concrete mixing stations or mines.

Key Configurations

1. Mechanical structure:

Valve assembly: 4-8 high-strength manganese steel jaws (such as Mn13), wear-resistant edge surfacing, multi-valve linkage hinge design, the number of jaws can be selected as needed.

Frame and drive: Box-type main beam anti-twist, double hydraulic cylinders (pressure resistance ≥ 25MPa) drive the connecting rod mechanism to ensure synchronous closure.

2. Power and hydraulic system Power source: 

380V three-phase asynchronous motor (power 15-30kW), equipped with waterproof cable reel. Hydraulic unit: gear pump (displacement 16-40L/min) + electromagnetic proportional valve, with oil filter and cooler (oil temperature ≤60℃).

3. Electric control and operating system Control cabinet: 

PLC programmable controller (such as Siemens S7 series), integrated overload protection and fault alarm.

Operation mode:

Wired handle: waterproof button box, suitable for fixed workstations; Wireless remote control: 433MHz frequency band, control distance ≥100 meters, double-button interlock to prevent accidental touch.

4. Sensors and safety devices

Pressure sensor (real-time monitoring of gripping force), angle encoder (feedback of flap opening),

hydraulic relief valve (overload protection), motor overheat protection, power failure emergency flap opening device.

5. Environmental Adaptation Configuration Anti-corrosion treatment: Epoxy zinc-rich paint (dry film thickness ≥ 200μm) on the valve body surface, suitable for humid/acidic and alkaline environments.

Dustproof and waterproof: IP65 protection level for electrical components, and dustproof net for hydraulic oil tank breathing valve.
